The Apostles' Creed
I believe in God,
the Father almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth,

​SoulCore is at St. Patrick's 
What is SoulCore?

SoulCore is a movement that pairs core strengthening, stretching and functional movement with the prayers of the rosary. A sensory experience combining candlelight, music, scripture and movement to nourish body, mind & soul and encourage deeper reflection on the virtues of the rosary.

SoulCore is not affiliated with any other exercise discipline. It is not yoga, nor are yoga poses or Sanskrit referenced at any time. SoulCore is simply an invitation to discover the beauty of the rosary; a gentle path to grow in virtue and interior peace.

Our Lady’s desire is always to lead us closer to her son Jesus.  As a Marian apostolate, SoulCore imitates her in striving to draw others closer to Christ through deeper reflection on His life and virtues in the rosary.  Any practice that could potentially lead us away from Christ is counter to our mission. SoulCore is offered every Wednesday after daily mass (9:15am) in the parish center and every Saturday at 7am either in the parish center or (weather permitting) by the greenhouse.  Please check the bulletin for more information or contact Christina Diers at [email protected]​.

​NO COST TO ATTEND: St. Patrick’s in Elkhorn is the only parish in the Omaha Archdiocese to offer SoulCore.  SoulCore is offered throughout the United States as well as other countries and is rapidly growing as people experience the joy of worshiping God with their bodies, minds, and souls.

St. Patrick’s is blessed to have three SoulCore leaders who have attended the Leader’s Discovery Retreat and have discerned and accepted the mission to share the apostolate with others.
Christina Diers became a leader in March of 2018 attending the SoulCore Leader’s Discovery Retreat in Indianapolis, IN.  Having been involved in the fitness industry all of her adult life, SoulCore was the perfect fit as she grew in her Catholic faith.  Praying the rosary daily helped Christina to begin deepening her faith, and SoulCore enhanced her journey and helped her to strengthen it further.  

Mark and Mary Anne Conway attended the SoulCore Leader’s Discovery Retreat in September of 2019 after having practiced SoulCore on their own and having attended Christina’s classes at St. Patrick’s.  Mark and Mary Anne found the in-person SoulCore rosary so prayerful, peaceful, and powerful.  This experience inspired them to continue to drive to Omaha to participate in Christina’s sessions whenever possible.  These SoulCore offerings were a deciding factor in joining St. Patrick’s Parish in February 2020.  Mark and Mary Anne have also made SoulCore history.  Mark is the first male SoulCore leader and both Mark and Mary Anne are the first married couple to become leaders together!

We hope that you will attend SoulCore for yourself to see the power of praying the rosary together as a group, using your body to worship the Lord, and growing in your faith as we meditate on each virtue and mystery of the rosary!

Sunday: 8:00 am, 9:30 am, 11:00 am,  & 5:00 pm
Daily (M-F):  8:15 am (6:30 am during Lent) 
1st Saturday of the Month: 8:15 am
