Capital Campaign
Lord, You created us and put us on Earth for a purpose.
In Your presence and name-Father, Son and Spirit-guide
and bless our efforts toward a successful Capital Campaign,
as we grow our future, rooted in faith.  May all our thoughts,
inspirations and actions have their origin in You
and be directed by Your glory. Amen.

Due to the generosity and commitment of its parishioners and community, St. Patrick’s is in a strong financial position. Through 15+ years of phenomenal growth, our ability to maintain a strong, fiscally responsible community has proven we can take on our newest endeavor. A $3 million grant from a generous donor coupled with secure finances has allowed us to move forward with the Activity Center Project.
To learn more on how to give
It has been two years since Archbishop Lucas granted us permission to construct the Aspen Seemann & Lane Graves Activity Center.  Though wet weather hampered the first couple months of ground work, a mild winter allowed the exterior walls and roof to progress with very little delay.   The Aspen Lane Center was open and operational on schedule with only a few details left to be completed.

As construction wraps up, the final overall construction numbers are close enough to report the financials.  The final cost of the project includes architectural fees, parking lot improvements, furnishings and many of the alternates from the original plan.  The amount to build and furnish the Aspen Lane Center is just under $6,250,000.

Thanks to your generosity, in-kind donations, contributions from St. Patrick’s groups/clubs, designated gifts and St. Patrick’s being named as a benefactor in parishioners’ estates, we were able to include many additional items to our new facility without jeopardizing our goal of paying down our loan. No additional financing was required to build the Aspen Lane Center.  On September 28, 2017, $350,000 was paid towards the principal of our loan.  We will continue to decrease the balance of $4,500,000 throughout the rest of the capital campaign.

If you would like any more information regarding construction costs of the Aspen Lane Center, please, feel free to contact our Business Manager, Vicki Payton at vpayton@stpatselkhorn.org, or by phone 402-938-4901.

Thank you for your continued support of St. Patrick’s!
