Parish Policies and Facility Requests
St. Patrick's Sam Osborn Parish Hall is a beautiful, recently constructed facility primarily for use by St. Patrick ''s-sponsored programs and activities. It is also available to rent by St. Patrick's parishioners for special occasions celebrating special moments. Archdiocesan groups and Non-Profit organizations are also welcome to inquire about their events.
Located on the campus of St. Patrick's Catholic Church at 18602 West Maple Road in Elkhorn, the Sam Osborn Parish Hall Great Room can accommodate up to 594 people. It can also be partitioned into two smaller spaces that can accommodate up to 85 people. Three additional rooms, each with a 20-person seating capacity, are also available for smaller meetings or gatherings.
Our catering kitchen provides all the amenities a full-service caterer would need, including warming ovens, stoves, ice machines, coffee makers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and plenty of table space. The caterer has easy entry and exit access, including parking. We offer exclusive catering options through a selection of Omaha’s finest caterers. Beverage catering can also be arranged through our selected beverage caterer.

Priority in scheduling rentals in the St. Patrick's Sam Osborn Parish Hall is given to those groups and parishioner gatherings which directly relate to our parish vision and the Catholic beliefs and values of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Our parish vision statement is: One family living our Catholic Faith, inviting all to know the love of Christ.

In order to secure a rental in the Sam Osborn Parish Hall and meetings rooms:
- Renter must be a registered member of the parish for six months prior to scheduling. The purpose of the gathering should be directly in line with the vision and Catholic beliefs and values of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
- Parishioner gatherings must be for the individual registered parishioner or their immediate family member who is also registered with the family at St. Patrick's, i.e., a baptism reception for a parishioner’s child. The parishioner renting the hall must host the gathering and will be the party responsible for the Facilities Use Agreement.
- Rentals for nonprofit organizations are allowed if the purpose of the event is directly in line with the vision and the Catholic beliefs and values of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and are subject to pastor approval.
- Rentals for the Archdiocese of Omaha agencies are allowed.
- Any restrictions or exceptions can be made at the Pastor’s discretion.
