SCRIP PROGRAM

What is SCRIP? 

Our SCRIP program buys many different gift cards to stores, hotels, and restaurants in both Omaha-Elkhorn & throughout the US – the program is given a discount preset by the providing company (you’ll see the discounts on the form below).  In 2006-2007, our Scrip program established a Tuition Reimbursement Program.  30% of the profit dollars were deducted from participating students' tuition bills for the following year.  This amount is reflected on the August tuition statement.  30% of profit dollars were given to St. Patrick's Building Fund ( $3108.44).  40% of profit dollars were returned to Home and School to fund the SCRIP program.

How does SCRIP work? 

Saint Patrick’s Home & School Association purchases these certificates from local and national merchants in bulk, at a discount.  You purchase certificates from Home & School at face value.  Home & School is able to raise funds by keeping the difference between the discount price and the full face value.  You can help support the school & parish without spending any additional money.  Everyone in St. Patrick's Parish is encouraged to support our school and parish through this great program.
