PARISHIONER TUITION RATE DEPENDS ON YOUR STEWARDSHIP - A quick reminder to all St. Patrick’s Parish families to complete your BLUE parish intention card for the “2009 STEWARDSHIP APPEAL”.  You will receive them in the mail this weekend.  It is important to take time to prayerfully consider how we will use the gifts God has entrusted us within the coming year.  This is very important in maintaining your participation as a parishioner and maintaining your child’s “parishioner status” for tuition in the school. If you did not receive a form, copies are available in the back of the church or on the webpage.

FALL PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES HELD THURSDAY OCTOBER 22nd NOON TO 8PM - We expect 100% parent/guardian attendance for these conferences.  Report cards will be given to parents at that time. We encourage both parents to attend the conferences if possible. If you feel you need more than the allotted time, please email the teacher to make other arrangements. The Specials teachers for Art, Music, PE, & Spanish, will be located in their classrooms/areas while the computer teacher and librarian will be in the Media Center. It is not necessary to make an appointment to see them. Please help the teachers to stay on schedule by being punctual, respecting that they have a limited amount of time to visit with each parent and to be aware of others waiting in the hall. We look forward to seeing you all.

KINDERGARTEN – 5th GRADE PARENTS will conference with every student’s homeroom teacher.  If you feel you would like to visit with your child’s other core subject teachers, please make an appointment with the homeroom teacher and the additional core subject teachers at the same time. In these cases, the meeting will take place in your child’s homeroom.

6th, 7th & 8th GRADE PARENTS go to the lower level to pick up your student’s report card. If you would like to visit with the teachers of other subjects after conferencing with the homeroom teacher, feel free to go to their classroom. Please keep conferences with each teacher to no more than 10 minutes.  Appointments are not necessary for 6th, 7th & 8th grade conferences.
