Visiting Marquis Place

During Catholic Schools Week, St. Patrick’s 4th graders visited friends at neighboring Marquis Place.  Before the visit, the students made roses from Hershey kisses to leave with the residents.  They also delivered place mats that were made by the St. Pat’s kindergartners.  The residents had a great time sharing stories and visiting with the students before enjoying four of our students’ favorite songs from Mass.  The fourth graders have been visiting Marquis Place three times each school year for the last several years.  Every visit includes lots of smiles from students and their “grandparent-like” friends!
