EVERY STUDENT NEEDS TO BRING A SACK LUNCH ON FRIDAY – The cafeteria will be used for a funeral luncheon on Friday, September 28th.  Please send a sack lunch with your child/children.  Milk will be provided by Food Service. Thank you!  Because of this schedule change, Mrs. DeWald’s 5th Grade “Lunch with Parents”, that was suppose to be this Friday, will be moved to next Thursday, October 4th.

MONTHLY TUITION INSTALLMENTS BEGAN – The families who chose the monthly option for payment of their tuition automatically had the payment withdrawn on the 25th. The bank neglected to process it until Tuesday.  In the future, they will send it through on the 20th of each month. You will notice, in most cases, multiple withdrawals.  The new database system that both the parish and school are using, allows for automatic payments from various categories.  Most families will have separate withdrawals for tuition and books. Parents will also notice that PreS/PreK tuition is separated out as well. We are making everyone aware that there will not be one lump sum as in the past. If you have any questions, contact Mrs. Moritz via email at kmoritz@stpatselkhorn.org or call the school office.

THE OCTOBER LUNCH MENU – has been posted to the front of the school website.  You can also print it from the link below. This will only show up in the Principal’s Notes to make you aware that the website has been updated.

OCTOBER EXTENDED CARE CALENDAR

INFORMATION ON THE NEW BUILDING PROGRESS – The work on the new addition is progressing. As the footings are in and the blocks are going up, the classrooms are starting to take shape.  The staff and students are delighted and very proud to see the new addition evolve, as they view from the windows of their classrooms. Continue to look on our school website www.stpatselkhorn.org for updated pictures of the progress. Thank you to all who are working hard and those being charitable towards the success of our Capital Campaign.  Please continue to pray for this success.

IT IS SWEATER TIME – Starting October 11th, all students must wear their cardigan sweaters to Mass.  Students must walk into Mass with sweaters on and if he/she becomes too warm during Mass, they may remove their sweater.  Sweaters can be left at school in lockers or cubbies.  We strongly encourage you to put your child’s name on the tag of the sweater, so that it may be easier to locate if left behind.  Also, uniform shorts are no longer allowed until next spring as stated in the Family Handbook.

PAY TO THE ORDER OF …? – When sending a check to St. Patrick’s School, please indicate on your check, where you want the money to go. (For example, Lunch Program, Athletics, Home & School, etc…) Thank you!

● If your child was absent on the day pictures were taken.

If you have changed your mind and now are planning to purchase school pictures for your child
