Dana Gerten - Extended Care Director:

Dana Gerten is the Director for the Friends and Fun after school Program at St. Patrick’s. She loves what she does. Not only does she get to know a majority of the students- She gets to help them continue to be their best, everyday. She feels so blessed to have the best job in the world.

Dana is a preschool teacher during the day, for a local daycare center. So, when she's not spending time with everyone else’s children…She loves to be with her own. Her favorite time is family time. (And Survivor night)

Deb Lee - Extended Care Assistant:

My name is Debbie Lee. I have lived in the Omaha metro area for 20 years. I grew up as an Air Force brat and was blessed to travel all over the world. But I love to call Elkhorn, NE my home! I have been here at St. Patrick’s School since the 2005-06 year. I feel very fortunate to work in the Extended Care Program as I get to work with all ages of children. 

I have an amazing family of six; my husband Russel and daughters Samantha, Brianna, Leslie and son Tony. We feel so lucky to have found St. Patrick's as our parish and school.

Leela Sebastian - Extended Care Assistant:

My name is Leela Sebastian. I am so grateful and happy to work with the after school Friends and Fun club at St Patrick’s. I belong to a group called Apostolic Oblate. This means life is offered to God. I am a consecrated person; I took vows to follow Jesus. Our mission is to help everyone know God and walk in holiness. I also work at the pro-sanctity retreat center-we conduct confirmation retreats for the diocese.

In the summer, we do catholic girl’s camps. I also work at UNO campus ministry. My hobbies are cooking, gardening and reaching out to others.

Kelly Morrissey - Extended Care Assistant:

Hi, my name is Kelly Morrissey. I am a student at Clarkson College, working towards my BSN (Bachelor in Science of Nursing) with a minor in business. Once I graduate, I am looking to go into pediatrics or oncology.

I love to work at St. Patrick’s extended care with all the kids and be around to help them with whatever they need. The kids are great here, everyday when they walk in I am greeted with a smile, even the kids that I don’t know say hello. I think St. Patrick’s is a wonderful place to work because of all the children that make it wonderful.
