Members Present: Mike Socha, Steve Morrissey,  Cindy Engel, Pat Adler, Jackie Coco (Religious Ed.), Bob Wolf, Don Ridder, Charlie Olson, and Angela Davidson (H& S)

Meeting opened with a prayer by Steve

Minutes: Minutes from November meeting approved

Home and School:

*2nd Scrip drive netted $22,000

* Burger King night raised > $240

              *We’ve added more items for the St. Pat’s apparel

              *We are banking credits from the Book Fair

Parish Pastoral Council Report-

              *Discussion of adding a mass

              * Discussed house raffle                           

              * Mike will be our liaison for the PPC

Religious Formation-

              *No meeting to report

Pastor’s Report-None

Committee Representatives

              *Continuous Improvement-

              * Identified 3 areas to focus on

                            Communication

                            Staff consistency

                            Challenging high ability

*Development/Finance

              *We have had some response to the tithing reminder

*The volunteering ad hoc committee is looking at different programs that other   parishes/schools use.

*Facilities

              * We looked at options for classrooms for next year.

*Safety

              *No meeting

Principal’s report

              *ad hoc picture committee formed

              *Teri Fisher hired as the Kindergarten

              *Student Council will visit next month

              *Okayed personnel proposals for next year
