Black Belt Tournament and Color Belt Competition

Black Belts compete in Patterns, Weapons, Sparring, and Yea Do Sool Sparring.
Registration for one and up to four divisions is a flat entry fee of $30.00
Color Belts compete in Patterns and Weapons. Flat entry fee of $25.00
Sun Hang Do Summer Intensives Training Camp

Summer is on its way and it’s time
to start planning your summer training schedule.
Each summer, Sun Hang Do offers
two separate intensive training weeks in July and August that are available to
all students from white to black belt.
What is intensive week?
Intensive week is a one
week (5 days) training program that runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00
pm, and is finished by a test on that Saturday (usually an outdoor test with
all other Sun Hang Do schools). Students can take the program and graduate one
belt level in one week.
What are the benefits?
Progress and
improvement in martial arts requires repetition. Students of all ages who take
the 5 day program will dramatically improve in all areas of their training. You
will not only learn and improve all the techniques required to test, but also
greatly improve your physical and mental abilities. Students can expect to
increase stamina, concentration, discipline, energy, speed, power, flexibility,
knowledge and manner to name a few. You will feel renewed, refreshed and ready
for more afterwards!
How do I sign up?
Just fill out this
registration form and indicate which of the two weeks you will attend. Students
can attend one or both weeks. The intensive week course is $249.00 and it includes tax, your
test fee and your exclusive Summer intensive t-shirt. Be sure to bring a
lunch each day as well as any necessary training equipment.
