Minutes approved.

Principals report – working on Catholic schools week with a focus on service

School board - 

They are getting estimates for safety cameras on the church door and the back kindergarten door.

School registration is moving to the spring instead of the fall but tuition payment starts as normal in the fall.

Treasurer’s report: total assets of about $34,265

Carnival profits of $4000 will be moved to a CD

Secretary’s report:  Web site items to be updated – meeting calendar and bylaws to be posted

Box tops: Dec. 1 check cut $1500 and a total of over $3000 for the year

Yearbook: contract was signed with Jostens; old yearbooks have been refunded with Jostens

SCRIP

Ho, Ho, Ho week is in process.

Apparel sale: placing an order in this week

New business:

Christmas elves may be becoming too large of a program as the school evolves and grows. We’ll table this until next month.

If a minimum is not met by donations, Home and School will supplement the Elves program to give gifts to paid staff and faculty.  Motion on the floor to set a minimum of $100 for faculty and set a minimum of $50 for TA’s – carried.

Old business:

Lanyards – motion to order 50 yellow and 50 green with an additional purchase for RF with RF reimbursing Home and School – carried
